As I posted new channels have now gone online for BT TV customers and these are now been sold as " Bolt on "

These new add on channels are by the month with no contact but a month at a time so very handy for winter months or school holidays.

Now you will need to rescan your box to pick up the new list of channels that BT now added, then if you press to view on of the new channels you will see a box come up that ask for you to press OK and you will then be taken to new screen that will say you need to order and gives you a Telephone number which is a free phone number as it should be.

But it's only live for up to 9 pm to order
Sad that BT did not think of giving it a month of extra staff hours as people will find these channels and then wish to order by the phone and few staff would be able to handle orders quickly and take more then one service at the time ?

But you can do an order live on line at this time it seems to be only sky movies that I could do and you can only do one order at a time and you can no place another after

I would have liked to order more then one extra add on ?

Has anyone ordered extra channels yet on here ?

considering that the majority of orders are placed online (with 24 hour availability) why would they?

everybody with BT Vision will have broadband access so there is no problem there.

IF you are on the Unlimited or Unlimited (Extra) TV packages then the bolt ons other than the Sky Movies can only be ordered over the phone - these other bolt ons are not being offered on thos packages so they need to get your package regraded to one that does.
