You activate them via the website.
But the SIMs a) don't even register on the network when you put them in the phone (no signal) and b) the website tells you the phone number isn't valid and cannot be topped-up or activated, even though its plastered on the accompanying documents.
Its as if they have sent out non-live SIMs/phone numbers.

Hi, there's a slight glitch at the moment, you'll receive an email with details on what to do to register it very soon."
My reply: "The SIMs won't let me register with you, so how will you know my email address?"
