Christmassy Bubble Bath
biscuitfactory
30-10-2013
Could someone please recommend to me a reasonably priced ( under £6 ) bubble bath with a Christmassy smell.

I bought Treacle Moon's Warm Cinnamon Nights but it smells more like bubble gum than cinnamon to me.

Any suggestions?

Lush do some nice Christmassy bath bombs but they aren't cheap! I love their stuff though

Thanks guys

There's a Lush shop in Manchester. I'll pop in and see what they've got.

The Philosophy one sounds like what I'm after. I'll see if I can find a stockist.

Cheers!

Another vouch for Lush, they do bubble bars which make bubbles like a bubble bath would do. For a good Christmassy bubble bar, I'd recommend Christmas Eve (smells like jasmine but still Christmassy, nice and calming for an evening bath)

They have other Christmas bubble bars but I don't think they smell particularly Christmassy. Their bath bombs are better for that, I'd recommend Cinders for a very cinnamonny smell, Luxury Lush Pud for a soothing smell, and So White for a crisp apple smell.

Philosophy is the best bet for an actual liquid bubble bath, but it can be quite expensive.

Yep, just googled Philosophy and their bubble baths are £14! They would have to be amazingly good for that price!
But I do have a birthday coming up so I might treat myself with birthday money

Waitrose do a shower gel and handwash called Cinammon Cakes. It's part of their 'essentials' range but smells very high end- authentic, warm, and cakey. I only ever see it in the autumn and winter. It's absolutely divine and smells VERY edible.

That sounds perfect if I can use it in a bath. I'm not a shower person at all...I like to have a long soak.

yes a bit pricey but lush do some lovely bath products I cannot recommend their bubble bars enough, they are divine. (tho they stopped making my favourite so kinda hate them for that). I used to be obsessed with their snow fairy and used to bulk buy as I t only came out at Christmas but gone off it now

The Comforter from Lush isn't a Christmassy bath bar as such but it smells lovely and despite what Lush would have you think, will last 3-4 baths.

Another vote for Lush - Snow Fairy and Hot Toddy are sold as shower gels but make good bubble bath, we use them that way and you get good lather and lovely scent. They bottles are not cheap but they last ages and ages; you only need about a dessertspoonful for a whole bath!

Last year I got some lovely Chritmas bubble bath as part on my secret santa pressie. One was Cinnamon and the other was mulled wine both smelt amazing and created lots of scented bubbles so I went against the secret part to find out where they got them from and it was Poundland! I'm hoping they have them this year again.

I can recommend the philosophy one the Christmas cookie is lovely. Although it is pricey it last for ages.

Have also used the waitrose cinnamon one you can use it in the bath & it is a good cheap option.

I haven't been in the Body Shop for years but I used to buy a bottle of satsuma bubble bath so that I could have a soak on Christmas morning. That always set me up for the day. I don't know if they still sell it.
