I need to buy a tablet but I only have 200 pounds and I need a 10 inch size and im not sure about the specs and what is the best tablet for that small amount of money with all the brands on the market now. Does anyone have any advice on what tablet I'd be best to buy?

Thanks for your suggestions

You could start by reading threads on this forum:

Or you could type '10" Tablet under £200' into Google and read some reviews/specs?

You could lurk on some Android tablet forums and read what others are buying/saying?

Not difficult for someone like yourself who is familiar with how the internet works.

Those threads arent much use 1st the budget is much larger and 2nd has no useful replies. I assumed this forum may have people on here that are interested and will know this sort of information but if nobody replies i might have to go to an android forum maybe. Thanks for the reply

I would suggest that you to Currys and Carphone Warehouse, to try out the 10 inch tablets, and then check online prices for any that you fancy. Have you considered a refurb?

galaxy tab 2 would be perfectly fine. Its not the most recent but its still a perfectly good tablet for £200.

I bought my quad core Onda V972 by doing exactly that and I couldn't be happier with it.

I've flashed it with a custom rom cooked by the guys at Arctablets:

Another great site is The Android Tablet Forum:

And Slatedroid:

I really came to fall in love with Android tabs due to joining those forums and finding out all I could about these wonderful gizmos.

Good luck
