Can I stream sky go with Apple TV?

You can get audio but you won't get a picture

Is a disgrace that Sky block mirroring to Apple TV but then many others like Flixster do as well.
BT Sports really show them up as that looks great via my iPad and Apple TV.

Would it work with Google Chromecast? I'm not suggesting you purchase it but it would be interesting to know.

re Chromecast, no. At least not from the app. Developers have to manually add this functionality. And Sky are unlikely to want to, in the same way as they block/refuse to use other methods of streaming from mobile device to big screen.

I am considering purchasing Apple TV and watching BT sports via their App ( from my Iphone5) on a large LED television (46" Samsung).

Can I ask how good the picture quality is and do you get full screen mimicked by Airtime to the TV ?
