I'm stopping in.

I've got my pyjamas in the oven and my tea on.

Have I got that the right way round?
Errr.............

What have I done.
I rang up Sainsburys and set up an interview. Unfortunately it's TOMORROW! I still need to buy shoes for it and have like no time to even think of what to say. I... oh god oh god oh god

Even less likely to get it now with such short notice but it was the only time they had
I'm having seciond thoughts already
Nooo you will be fine! Wear trousers....they won't see your shoes. Besides, the interviewer will likely be behind a desk and won't see much of you below the waist! You are best NOT thinking of what to say....just relax and wing it. Imagine your interviewer is naked, defuses it a bit

The finest marmalade to be had, and probably one of the cheapest

I also went to Lidl today to buy my mum some sweeties, as off to see her tomorrow!

Marmalade yuck

Also Just eaten and had a thought and I'm going to call Sainsburys back in the morning and thank them for the opportunity. On reflection it's too much change and risk for a job that will last less then 2 months with very unlikely chance of extension. If it was perm it would be a different story. I have other issues with money at the moment that I still need to sort out too.

Are you quite sure CB? It is a good opportunity, and they are a good company to get in with. Sure there are no guarantees of permanency but you never know, and it would be good experience, and could go on your CV.

Also they give you discount on goods

Ah bless but er no...pjs on and dinner in the oven I hope

Edit: And it's only a temporary job.
I'm really having second thoughts, Although I'm not loving my current place right now it's guaranteed for 5 more months and this one could only get until end of this year if I'm lucky.
Well done for setting it up whatever choice you make CB. I know how difficult that will have been for you.

Are you quite sure CB? It is a good opportunity, and they are a good company to get in with. Sure there are no guarantees of permanency but you never know, and it would be good experience, and could go on your CV.

Twass speaks sense CB. I can understand your doubts I worked at John Lewis for two Christmases running & no perma job after. Plus they've not had me back since. This is the first year I've not applied since 2008.

I wish I could stop sneezing.

It's annoying.
Always so annoying. Hope it's stopped now.

Ah too late now.

Had my PJ for tea, covered in ketchup, and currently wearing a mince pie.

Still going. I've been trying to take a swig of my coffee for ten minutes now

I'm sure. Or as sure as I can be. I felt more relaxed after making that decision. I have more then enough stress sorting out my current job without diving into a new one. I think I would like to spend more time sorting that out first.

That's good CB. No use stressing ourselves out, life's too short.

That's cool, so long as you've given considered thought and won't regret it. You can now chill and enjoy your evening....so long as the cat doesn't get out in the fireworks
