Yeah, don't surround yourself around those people who are 'friends' but not true friends whatsoever. Don't need people like that. Many of my friends originally were my 'online' friends It's even how I met my ex lol. We were both members of a self harm forum.

I think I'm overreacting - maybe I just need to stop socialising. I didn't go out for months before Xmas and as usual I've overdone it.

Nothing to be sorry about. That part of my life is long gone even if the urges do like to crop up occasionally.
