After a couple of rather frenetic hours during which I discovered Mum was in A&E and was unsure if she would be admitted, she is now back in the home with antibiotics. I shall be scooting to London in the morning then scooting back in time to get daughter off the train, so no chance to do the cleaning!!! I may get up at silly o'clock and do the cooking

The elderly are prone to urine infections, that's what it is, but gave me a shock when the phone rang at about 4.30 and was the home to say she'd gone off in an ambulance
Cue several lengthy phonecalls to hosp, family, the home again, etc.. LOL But she is tucked up in bed back at the home now and got the right medication, I'll go in the morning
