Anyone still here.

I'm still awake. I was advised to earlier to avoid stimulants late on as they can affect how your mind works, so I've not had caffeine since 8pm.

I thought I might be in bed now, but then, I didn't get up until nearly 2.

Morning all! I hope you had a good night, eug. I think you would be wise to slowly wean yourself off caffeine and switch to decaff coffee and pop. It will make you more wired if taken in quantity and I know you like your coffee!

Don't go cold turkey though or you will get a banging headache for a few days

I agree about not going cold turkey. My sister has gone cold turkey again on Pepsi Max and had a headache on Weds pm. Although she is going to drink it occasionally. Just not every day like she used to. Anyway I hope you managed to get some sleep.

Well...you know I told you guys about that very mysterious phone call from the radio station on Tuesday? I finally decided to email C at the press office of Samaritans as she's the one who calls/emails me when someone would like to speak to me or whatever. Turns out I was very right to feel something was dodgy about the situation because she said... "I am so sorry that BBC Radio Sussex called you, I have absolutely no idea how they got your contact details. I am going to contact them to find out what happened, do you have the name and number of the person that called you? If anything like that happens again, please do call the press team, and we will get back to the journalist. The media shouldn’t be calling you directly."

I've just sent her the details and hopefully it'll get sorted. I wonder if she'll let me know what happened. I feel so much better for telling her, it honestly just felt wrong. Particularly the one word they used in their voicemail. Hm.

C's already emailed me back, turns out he got my number from the BBC archives (looks like Eug was right!). But he now knows what to do in future and apologised.

Anyway hope we're all having a good start to the day and that Twass' Mum is ok x

Funny isn't it. This time last year it was alcohol, now it's coffee, I must just like having an addiction at the start of the year.

It took until after 4 to doze off, but I didn't wake up until gone 3. Missed the snooker

Listening to a friend on the radio now. http://v4.player.abacast.com/player/player.php?pid=1183 - if you fancy joining me!

Glad you got an apology Loopy and hope your mam is okay Twassy.

Some people have addictive personalities Eug..

I've redyed my hair this afternoon. My Mum for some reason thought I got the permanent one but I didn't. They only do semi-permnant. Which doesn't even say on the box just the 28 washes which is semi stuff lol. Sorta argued with my Mum about it Didn't help that they've changed the stuff in the box

Just got out of the shower from rinsing it all off and conditioning my hair. Couldn't open the conditioner that comes with it so had to have some of my Mum's...shhhhhh It seemed to take less time than usual to get it all off...hoping that means more has stayed on perhaps. Time shall tell...

Hi Crazy I had to wait around eight hours till three in the afternoon! Even then the traffic lights had gone out and what resembled Lake Windermere was rippling up the road I drove home alright but the cops were everywhere, about five roads were closed down because of flooding

What's the difference between a teacher and a train?

A teacher makes you spit out your gum, but a train tells you to CHOO CHOO CHOO!
