Had a long chat with a mental health nurse myself earlier. He explained a lot of what was going on.
Still isn't any less scary, but at least I understand it more.

I also need to cut out the alcohol for a bit to let my tablets really kick in. Thankfully, I don't have the problems that I had last year so that's not really a hardship.
I get paid in a couple of hours. I'll pay my bills and be skint in a couple of hours
