Yike! That is NOT good sonia and yes, you do seriously need to see the quack about it. I would say at 11st you would look pretty darn fabulous. So would I come to think of it, but I weigh over 12 which is why the diet!!! I aim for 11st cos then I would fit in all my slim clothes and they would be loose, I would be 12/14 dress size and while the norks might go down a cup size or two I would look better for it methinks!!!!

Are you noticeably eating less or is this just happening? Feel well in yourself otherwise? As for the hangover.....it may be a side effect of drinking too much! I have seen that happen enough times, beleive me. Not to myself, when I used to drink too much I was FAT! But there is too much as in a bottle of wine a day and too much as in two bottles of vodka a day

Food yep im eating how i have always ate and bevvy is not bad not like when i was younger nowadays im only really a social drinker don`t do it during the week just really the fri/sat nights when im out on town about 1 maybe 2 times a month

Get yourself checked out. Weight loss can be a symptom of an underlying illness such as pancreatic cancer. Probably just nothing , but worth getting it checked out.
