Just a quickie, sort of watching a film but Preston is a sad place tonight with the passing away of our much loved Sir Tom Finney. 
Well he has his statue within the fountain and a road was named after him.....well renamed, Sir Tom Finney Way and passes past the ground and also a stand with his picture on the seats when closed, looks really good.
That aside, A WEEK OFF, yay and much needed, I'm jiggered

I remember this area when Sir Bobby Robson had died. Every football team in the area seemed to unite in mourning.

I heard via other feeds Eugene and yes it is.
I remember that too, and he has the foundation. He was so relatively young compared to Sir Tom. He's had a good innings
