Been to docs earlier. Surgery has been mentioned, but we're trying to avoid that at this moment. Back in a fortnight and then two weeks later.

It's not easy when exercising isn't really that possible. Will they offer you a talk with a dietician or a weight loss programme to follow, that someone on benefits can actually do? No use telling you to eat chicken breasts and salad!!!

I went for brunch with my DIL to one of the mad cat wimmin's homes, it was delish! Her hubby is a dab hand at cooking. He made scotch eggs, devilled chicken legs, rice salad, green salad and barbecue potato wedges!! So it's egg on toast for tea
