Yuk, folks were trying to persuade me to eat liver yesterday, to get my iron up before op. Think I'll stick to other high iron foods and tablets!

Yuk spinach, had spinach last night! My blood count was ok anyway and as long it doesn't drop will be ok, plus having lots of fortified cereal and iron tabs. The only other thing I had to watch was Potassium so eating nanas and have tabs too.

Yes hospital is in special measures. Been on news quite a bit recently. Had this bloody sling on for 9 weeks now! Though part of the delay is because in pre-op they thought they picked up slight murmur on heart so need to go for cardiograph next week first.

Tat side?? It's on the left, so at least my right arm isn't in sling.
