For my property at the point of sale my Infinity speed was estimated to be 69.6 down / 16 up.
From installation I was receiving a steady 77 / 17.
About 2 weeks ago my speed estimates had reduced on the BT site, BT Wholesale and SamKnows sites to 46.3 / 8.1.
Has anybody else seen this? If I use my telephone number on these sites the new reduced speeds show.
However, if I use my neighbours postcode and address it says 69.6 / 16?
My current speed is 55 / 10 and an IP profile set to 62 / 12.
