Tonight Bruce became one of my highlights of the show because his jokes were funny and I laughed my leg off when he called Darcy Dave.

This is the Bruce we all want.

I'm not good remembering names and I don't have a cue card to remind me, but even I know the difference between a Darcey and a Dave.

I'm assuming this is irony.

Someone should hijack one of his cue cards for next week and instead of the word Darcey, replace it with p**s-flaps.

It would be fun to see how long the thread would be

Bruce was hilarious tonight jim the 'Darcy Dave' and string vest bits definitely stole the show for Sir Bruce.

Brucie was great tonight. Glad to see someone else out there in DigitalSpyLand with intelligence and taste.

I'm proud to be a stupid person who thinks he was dreadful.

Or if the audience shouted it back to him at the end of his 'Nice to see you, to see you... p*ss-flaps!'

The decent people in the Strictly audience would never shout that.

No he didn't, but he is "stealing the money," as he's certainly poor value for what he's being paid, whatever that is.

This means that Bruce has FINALLY learned to read the AutoCue the right way up! This is progress, indeed.

Well, make the most of it. No Bruce next week, and probably a great deal less of Bruce next year as old age really catches up with him. You need some energy to do this show, and his is clearly dwindling.

Bruce is a legend - he is wonderful for his age and really entertaining too!
We have become a sad society if we cannot value what people of all ages are able to provide. Entertainment is not all about pretty air heads.
