Some of you might've seen a report on Watchdog that the Galaxy S4 could only allow users to use about 9gb of the claimed 16gb on board memory, and that the microSD card couldn't be used to install apps - only to store music, videos and photos etc.
I'm looking at making the jump to Android from a 64gb iPhone. The fact that we only get a 16gb S4 is annoying, but with there being a microSD slot, I was tempted until I realised that apps couldn't be stored on cards.
But I've recently come across varying reports. Some say that there are secret ways round transferring apps to a microSD card, and some claim that Samsung have officially updated their software to allow apps on microSD cards.
Are there any S4 owners on here who can confirm whether or not they can store apps on a microSD card?
