Abi and Sam C clearly polarise opinion. They get a lot of croticism as well as a lot of support. Criticism doesn't matter that much as long as you have support since you can't vote against people.

My question is, does Sam or Abi have the momentum and support to reach the final?

Neither will win but Abi could get near to the end. She has likeability.

Ps did you mean criticism or eroticism when referring to Sam C?

Sam C will fade faster than aiden grimshaw. A LOT faster.

I think if it looks like Sam or Abi can win you will see Simon back earlier than next year!

I don't think either will win but one could do a Rylan or an Ollie and make the top 3. Sam C is already identifying himself with those two.

Abi certainly divides opinion. I'm not keen, but my husband really likes her. He's quite old-fashioned in his musical tastes, and I think there are a lot of people like him out there, voting for Abi. There's definitely a market for that kind of middle-of-the road thing.

It is harsh to lump these two together.

Sam C is a very limited singer who girls find attractive. He has very little talent and is surviving purely on looks.

Abi is a young girl who writers her own songs, plays her own instruments and in X Factor terms is a bit different. She clearly has lots of talent. Whether it is the right sort of talent for the X Factor, well that is a different story. But in a way she has already done enough to get the exposure she needs to have some sort of a career if she works hard (and by career I don't necessarily mean chart success I mean being able to have a following even if only as she plays the gig circuit and sells a bit online) so that is good for her.

Hannah and Tamera have been in the bottom two and survived for now. Abi hasn't been in the bottom 2 yet BUT she could still be the first of the girls out of the competition - the show is very unpredictable...we could see Tamera out a lot sooner than you think but more likely be in the top 4/5

As it has turned into a likeabilith contest rather than a singing contest i guess they can. It does make a nonsense of the whole show though.

I think they definitely stand a chance, especially Abi. She's got a unique style that a wider variety will like, whereas with Sam C I think it's mainly young girls voting for him.

However Abi's got the likeability factor and Sam is extremely dedicated and hard working. Everyone loves that sort of attitude, especially when he put Gary in his place on Saturday so who knows... I hope they can

I just hope Sam gets as far as possible. For the first time this series, there is finally a talking point.

I still see Hannah being the first girl to leave for some reason. People keep saying Abi will land in the bottom two, but she hasn't so far, which shows she does have support out there. I am just as guilty for saying this though.
