I remember reading (last year?) that Artpop would be a multimedia experience, with apps and fancy things accompanying the album itself...

In that same time I'm pretty sure Gaga said that this App would explain a lot of what Artpop means etc
Is it shelved now?

You're right, there's not been no proper news or official statements

BUTTTT, about two weeks ago Gaga mentioned the name of the woman who has designed it (she's from the haus of Gaga, forgotten her name) and that it's almost ready. So I should imagine we can download it Monday?
