Just got an email from game to pay my balance, 410 + 20 deposit. They are giving you 1 week to pay up, there is a timer up. Tick tock, tick tock.

Same here, just got my email from GAME saying cough up and pay the remainder. Suffice to say I payed straight away

Same here, I paid via paypal and I got a java runtime error payment not complete. But I have received an email from paypal saying that it was complete. So sitting on the edge of my seat not knowing if I have paid? Cant remember last time I was this excited

Same here, I paid via paypal and I got a java runtime error payment not complete. But I have received an email from paypal saying that it was complete. So sitting on the edge of my seat not knowing if I have paid? Cant remember last time I was this excited

I got that same error, tried to pay on my phone and thought OH GREAT, but got the email from PayPal and GAME confirming it.

I received an email tonight asking me to complete my payment, even though I have. Money has defo left my account etc. It does say at the bottom of the email to ignore if I have paid. Just wondering if anyone else has received the same email even though you have paid. I have just sent of an email to game to confirm that everything is done.

Just got a reply that they will respond in 5 working days, right they are getting a phone call in the morning

I'm in the exact boat as you! I paid almost instantly via PayPal and also got the error message. Shortly afterwards I got an email from PayPal and Game confirming my order. Money has left my bank account and it shows as complete on my PayPal account.

I too received the email from Game with the subject "Your Next Gen Order Is At Risk - Please Complete Your Payment!" I've sent them a snotty email like you and waiting for a reply.

I did go on the web chat earlier and they said that as long as I've received the confirmation email i'll receive it. We'll have to wait and see.

Keep me updated how you get on!

Yeah I am not happy at receiving the email, you would think in this day and age that they would only have sent it out to those that haven't paid. Still haven't had a reply to my email I sent them the other night asking to confirm my order. My status is still classed as unshipped, it would be better if it said waiting for despatch/PAID.

It does say at the bottom of the email to ignore if you have paid, so that is what I am going to do. But there is these little thoughts that I am going to get screwed by them come launch.

I have also got a 2nd forza bundle ordered from amazon, for a mate at work and he has been told that he gets the 2nd one to arrive. Still waiting for amazon to take my money, why wont they take my money

Not only have I received confirmation from PayPal. I got a confirmation email from game themselves saying payment received. Now they're saying they haven't?

I will be staying well clear of this company in the future no matter what the outcome! They come across as incompetent to me!

Not only have I received confirmation from PayPal. I got a confirmation email from game themselves saying payment received. Now they're saying they haven't?

I will be staying well clear of this company in the future no matter what the outcome! They come across as incompetent to me!
Maybe give PayPal a call and get them to confirm it

Finally spoke to someone at game on the web chat who seemed to want to help. Apparently PayPal payments have to be manually updated on their system so my transaction ID has been emailed to the department concerned. They also suggested I open a PayPal dispute which I have done.

What a faf this is! 4 days, hopefully still receive it!

I don't get why you would have to open a paypal dispute? If the money has left your bank account then just wait till they update your status. I have logged into my paypal account and checked my bank account and money has been taken. I am away to stick my head in the sand for the next couple of days and hope that I get a dispatch email and tracker number.

Game really need to update there web page. Its not good when you pay 430 almost 2 weeks ago and your order status has no acknowledgement of it.

To be fair, my 2nd order with amazon has had no movement at all. They are leaving it late to take money. They might end up with a lot of stock because of declined cards etc

Just back from my work and ithought I would have a check up on my status at game.

For the 20 deposit it says shipped, this box has my order number.
Then just below I have the console, 409.99 but it says unshipped.

I am now more confused, anyone else able to check there status, pretty sure they were both classed as unshipped yesterday, and I have no email to confirm any change. I hope they are not sending me back my deposit and keeping the console and the rest of my money

Same here. Won't be using these cowboys again! It may be they have it all in hand and I will receive my console on Friday but the customer service experience has been shocking! As you previously stated, an option that shows paid/unpaid and another option that shows shipped/unshipped would probably keep allot of the complaints down!

I still can't understand why they have to manually update data. This is a direct copy of what an advisor said on the web chat:

"For PayPal payments the transaction has to be manually updated on our system. With this ID I will send it to the department who does this and they can ensure that the payment is successful and update our system"

I hope this department are working around the clock!

Same here, but no email either. Until its plugged into my TV and I see the XB1 logo on the screen on Friday, I won't be happy!

To ba fair with my shopping experience with game, I have never had a problem with them. They just need to sort out there online service, better update status etc. And come on, having to manually key in paypal payments, really?

Amazon still haven't moved for me, complete opposite, you are probably b@ggered if you have any issues with your payment etc. I would rather be charged 2 weeks before, given one week to pay, so I knew where I stood. Plus amazon could try and sell the cancellations of last minute for launch.

I should be asleep just now, but my phone rang. I have never moved so fast from my bed, just to find out that it was a PPI call Hopefully I will be able to board the hype train now

I just received a tracking number from dpd saying my item is dispatched, but it doesn't say from who, game or amazon. I believe it is game. Crisis over
