Lulu then Victoria! - Has Brenden Let Sophie Down Badly? - Should He Of Simplified ?

Why has Brenden not made the most of Sophie's obvious dancing talent ?

Is it because he has deprived Sophie of a beginning to her Strictly Come Dancing journey by overcomplicating her dance routines and going for risky stunt moves to boost his ego rather than slowely nurturing Sophie to boost her confidence rather than the way we have seen Sophies confidence and interest drain away at his hands due to the injuries that she has received which could have all so easiliy have been avoided with a more simplified approach to her early dance routines ?.

I am incined to say yes, but what do I know, that is just my opinion,

What is your opinion ?

My opinion is that your spelling and grammar are atrocious!

"Brendan" and "Should He Have Simplified?"

I think its the other way around, and the partners Lulu especially let brendan down...

Brendan is the best choreographer on SCD only pro who does stunning latin and ballroom

End of.

Using "of" instead of "have" drives me up the wall as well! It is unbelievable how often this happens on forums.

In this case, it's deliberate.

The poster is capable of using perfectly good grammar when he wants to.

I'm sorry about that, I did think of using have but unfortunately there was not enough space.

Someone said that Sophie and her partner are on It Takes Two tonight, so it will be interesting to see what excuses he comes up with about Sophie's under performing.

Really? Perhaps if you didn't include such a ridiculous title in every one of your threads, you'd have more "space".

I don't think Brendan has any need to apologise. His routines are normally extremely well choreographed, and up until Saturday night Sophie has been dancing well with Brendan and his routines have suited her well. They both admitted on Saturday that they had had a bad night, they weren't making excuses. You could see neither of them were giving 100%, but they will work extra hard this week I think to make up for it.

That jive wasn't hard. There was hardly any dancing in it. But then the whole show seems to be going the same way.

Brendan's a fairly good choreographer. Sophie just didn't dance it.

But Why? That's the question, why do you think that she seems to have lost all interest?

Seeing as they always say tall people have problems with the jive I really wasn't expecting much from Sophie this time round, although I like Sophie and Brendan as a pair.

I have to say that I find it strange that both Sophie and Victoria seem to suffer from physical fragility (for want of a better description). Especially since Sopie started off so positively.
BTW
I hate the of/have thing.

It was ONE DANCE TerryM22, hardly a sign that she's given up!

Where Lulu, Victoria and Sophie are concerned I tend to go down the road of the common denominator theory.

I just tend to pick up on things earlier than others sometimes, that is all, Sophie may dance well on Saturday and surprise us all, we shall have to wait and see..

Ah, but that she hasn't given up is no good to Terry as there is nothing for him to start (another) long titled, grammatically incorrect, Brendan bashing thread.

I too hate the of/have and don't start me on 'their, there and they're'

I didn't say that Sophie has "given up" latinloulou, just that she seems to have lost interest.

I just don't think Sophie's any good at Latin, although that doesn't explain her poor dancing last Saturday. She's a bit hit and miss in my opinion, so she'll have to work hard to stay in the competition.

As for Lulu and Victoria, I'm sure they're lovely people but they were not great dancers. Their failure to stay in the competition was their failure, not Brendan's.

I see he is still wearing the vest on It Takes Two that he got out of bed in, there is nothing like making an effort lol

How extraordinary, so many people say that he is an excellent teacher, but poor Sophie looked exasperated in that training clip on It Takes Two at his inability to convey to her what he is trying to do, 'inept' is a word that springs to mind.

"Inept" is a word that springs to mind to describe this pointless thread.
