soupgasm
Feeling poorly today, I decided to look up soup recipes & found a simple broccoli soup one.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/broccolisoup_76607 Very moreish if I may say so myself Without cream as well (dodgy with dairy)I'm a bit obsessed with soups atm as I've just brought a stick blender& a flask & so a whole new load of soup opportunities has arisen Any nice soup recipes you've found? |

Try your broccoli soup with a bit cheese. I like gruyere with it but stilton or blue veined cheeses go with it.
I love most soups. French onion or Leek and potato are lovely. A decent homemade minestrone or cock a leekie are great too. Homemade tomato sucks though. Only Heinz can make that.
