Why would a halved tomato, placed on a white china plate for 10 seconds at High, suddenly burst into flames?

I don't know why would a halved tomato, placed on a white china plate for 10 seconds at High, suddenly burst into flames?

lol, there isn't one! Just wondered if anyone else had had something similar happen. It seemed so strange as there was no metal involved.

When I put in some birds eye chillies for 10seconds they caught alight too!
