There are three different dances called Shag, that one is Collegiate Shag, I can do it a bit, but there is only one person who leads it in my town and he happens to be my best friends boyfriend, which makes the inevitable shagging jokes even less comfortable!

There are other dances from the Swing family, Balboa, Lindy Hop (aka Jitterbug), West Coast Swing, Boogie Woogie, Blues et al, but as they are all lead and follow social dances they aren't that interesting to look at.

I'd love to see the pros do some of the original Jazz/Charleston choreographies from the 30's though - I spent three hours learning the Big Apple Contest routine from the film 'Keep Punching' yesterday - it's fast and stupid and I'd be very amused to see Anton or the very serious Artem doing moves such as 'Breezey Knees', 'Spank the Baby' and 'Ride the Pony'.
