I am on O2 pay as you go. I am trying to get my PAC so I can move to Orange but they are not playing ball. I rang a few days ago and they said they would ring back within 48 hours but they didn't so I rang again today and they said the department that I need to talk to aren't taking calls today and I should ring back in the morning, no doubt when I do they will fobb me off with another excuse. Has anyone managed to get a PAC out of O2 and if so whats the best way to do it?

Yes I'm on On-line pay as you go. Just to add I also tried emailing but didn't receive a reply.

I have had no problems getting a PAC Code through o2 online.

Email: mycare@o2mail.co.uk

Include your mobile number, full name, postcode and D.O.B.

They will email you back in 24 hours.

They've always replied to me within 24 hours. Are you sure you are including all the information they ask for? FULL name, postcode, date of birth and mobile number. Without that you won't get a reply.

Exactly. I get replies usually within 4 hours - dead quick nowadays.
