Well I must be colour blind because it looks purple to me !!!

You aren't the only one to have noticed the change here & a very nice colour, pale purple it is.

I'd suggest it's a Wella creation, my wife presently has exactly the same colour.

To achieve a more "natural" look, they use multiple colours in very subtle, hardly noticeable, differing shades.

Looked brown to me, but if it has a purple/lilac tint that is perhaps because this is very popular at the moment, at least with a lot of the young people I know (bright red is also quite popular, but it is a little ott and I cannot see Claudia going for that)

Sorry, but you'd need to talk to a Wella trained hairdresser who uses their products, it's not something you can buy in the shops.
She just goes in describes the colour she wants "this month" and they just do it.
That's as much as I know.

I'm sure there are other products that could replicate it out there. I don't often notice these things, but as my wife only had it done on Thursday, it struck me that it was the same colour.

The colour seemed to change under different lights, more red under white or yellow and more purple under blue. But close up it will not be all the same shade, I suspect there's two or three, which will indicate a professional salon colour application.
