I really enjoyed it and she is growing on me - mind you there were quite a few dances which I really enjoyed this week.

Wasn't really sure what Abbey was doing, couldn't take my eyes of Aljaz's arse in those trousers

It's supposed to be a dance contest, not a popularity contest. She deserves to go through.

But the same thing as me. She was wobbly and I found it a bit forgettable.

It wasn't exactly a good imitation of Fosse dancing. Not sure if Ali is a limited choreographer or if he's putting in what he thinks she can do. That was a blasé dance.

They seem to be inflating the scores and overdoing it on responses. Suspect with Natalie possibly out, production is starting to worry. Anya is probably the only one left that can do standout choreography that her partner can perform.

Yes, I was afraid that she was going to fall over at times.

Perhaps it had too much hype behind it

It's frustrating to see "Abby" stamped so many places when the correct spelling is televised nationally 7 days a week between BBC1 and Two.

I thought it started promisingly but when Abbey lost her hat it threw her a bit (as it would anyone). I didn't like the lift and then the drag which followed.

Well stylised and well executed in places but I felt it should have been below Susanna, Patrick and maybe joint with Ashley on the leaderboard.

Abbey's charleston was okay - it was rather messy, had virtually no swivel and was mannered rather than fun, but good enough.

Overpraised, but that's normal - overmarked this week I though, but perhaps they're worried about her being in the dance off.

Overall - not wow, not the best on the night, but pretty good, as usual.

I agree Sid - I thought Patrick was best, but he had some serious errors in there, so Patrick and Susanna - I actually think that Ash was better too. She was fourth for me.

Exactly my opinion. Good but not great. I thought she was a bit over marked & Ashley should have been higher on the board & Susanna defiantly more than equal.

I absolutely loved it, I agreed with Craig about the Fosse-esque style of the routine as well, could totally see Sally Bowles dancing that.

The Fosse influence was right for the song, but not for Charleston. Fosse is small, tight, sexy, and Charleston is big, relaxed and silly. Fosse is hips and shoulders, Charleston is legs, Fosse is dark alleyways, Charleston is gaudy.

I like Abbey a lot and love both dances but there wasn't much Charleston in that Charleston.

SCD are calling that the 'Monkey Step' (3 times this week!) but they are wrong, it's actually called 'The Bee's Knees' and yes, you are right, they didn't do the knee part!

Some great dances this week. I really enjoyed the show. Loved Abbey and hope she's safe and on the bus.

this is were Craig and Bruno's back ground not relevant to the dancing - it was not stage dancing being marked - they marked re the fosse style not charleston content which it did lackk

I loved the choreography and Aljaž danced the hell out of it. He was clearly loving every second of it. Adorable. Not to mention that arse. Abbey, however, seemed lost throughout and couldn't keep up. It's a shame as it could have been a brilliant dance.

To get the best scores the dancers need to make a difficult routine look easy and that wasn't the case with that Charleston. Abbey danced well but it looked difficult for her.

No! Don't apologize. Have you seen her appreciation thread? It is spelled the exact way you've spelt it. Whoever opened it, being a fan, certainly hasn't an excuse. I'm just venting. Nevermind me.

Whatever way people spell it, she was not as good as the judges said and looked awkward at times. I preferred Susanna's dance this week

I really enjoyed it, I suppose I was too much into the routine to worry about the exact quality of the dancing. I thought she did it superbly.

How could you judge Abbey when you were concentrating all your attention on Aljaz?

She happens to be the contestant in this series, not Aljaz
