Well I have watched it but its missing any excitement. They are all quite a bland mediocre bunch this year and tonight we got a taste of what the show is like without Natalie and Artem.....its very mediocre and really quite dull....I hope Nat is back next week.
As the opening poster mentioned I too am sadly missing Natalie Lowe this series and it even felt a bit flat without Brucie, not that I am a particular fan of his but he has become a bit of an institution and the show missed his cheesy one liners imo.

I recorded the show tonight so that I could watch it at 9pm, I always prefer to watch it later.

I was so looking forward to seeing Natalie's jive and was terribly disappointed that she was not well enough to take part. I do hope that she will be fit and well enough to be back to thrill us next week.

I miss Natlie Lowe as she is my favourite pro. I might be alone in this but, I strangely enjoyed the programme without Natalie. For some reason I felt that the dancers were all on an equal footing. Don't get me wrong she is fab-u-lous and I probably would have voted for her but, I honestly didn't miss her.

Yes I'm finding it somewhat boring this year. We have lost some good dancers and yet the dreadful Dave has stayed in and without Natalie and Artem tonight it was a rather bland programme.

It happens every year, doesn't it - decent dancers being ousted while the really hopeless ones get to stay. I can understand why some people found Dave entertaining at first, but surely the joke is wearing a bit thin by now?

Like most people on this thread, I too am missing the 2 Natalie's. Natalie Lowe as my favourite female pro, and Natalie Gumede because she is so good. I know people complain about her "previous dance training" but the show needs someone at the top to set the standard - someone they can all strive to be like. Imagine a series made up of Daves & Fionas - dull dull dull.

+1

After initially not liking Natalie Gumede, I really enjoyed her dance last week, beautiful lines and characterisation, and watching the training snippets on ITT I was really looking forward to her Jive and to see how close she would get to Jill Halfpenny's, the show missed her tonight and as in every week this run, the show has missed Natalie Lowe, I really hope she will be back next year.

I was really gutted when I heard Natalie wasn't dancing. That jive looked fabulous. I so hope it's nothing serious and she's back next week. Get well soon Nat, we miss you!!!

Yes - without Natalie G and Natalie L the show fell very flat.

Exactly. Agree all round. Can't wait to get The Lowe back and hope Nat and Artem will be back next week.
