Gary Barlow has a lot of experience in the music industry and is getting paid a lot of money to critique the X Factor contestants. So I think this is a pretty poor excuse he has given for not critiquing Sam Callahan last night.

I simply cannot accept that any contestant's performance is beyond comment.

If his defence he has give Sam all the critique about his voice he can, he's not improving and the themes aren't helping him stay 'pop'

Sam C fans say he should be quiet if he's got nothing constructive to say, so that's what he did. And it's still a problem?

Gary is doing his job, that critique he gave Luke was spot on! And what he said about Tamera is spot on!

And the more he gives honest critique, the more you get people voting for Sam C in their droves because they feel sorry for him.
