Change of Format for 2014
The show has become so stage managed, fixed and stale, plus the Judges are never honest enough to criticise their own acts even when it's obvious to all and sundry that they have given a poor performance.
Instead they are so patronising Louie for example comes out with the same worn out phrase 'You work so hard', etc, etc. (i.e. Sam Callaghan) This year has to be the worst group of contestants in the shows history and yet the judges would have us believe that the likes of Hannah Barrett is 'World Class' (in the words on Louie Walsh....again). The way the show is being produced this year it's all about the Judges and all the made up words and OTT behaviour from Nicole is getting a bit boring as are the same comments that are rolled out every week by Louie...blah, blah, blah Suggested change of Format.... The Four Judges put through what they think are the best 24 acts (not categorised) from Boot Camp and then they are drawn out of a hat so that each Judge takes 6 to Judges Houses (again not categorised). The Four Judges then revert to 'Mentors Only' for their live shows and the panel is made up of four new judges who can then say what they like about the acts without bias. The final 12 acts are not then categorised so it might mean 12 boy bands or whatever. When it comes to the sing off there wouldn't be any judges abstaining from voting either. At least that way we have the chance of the best 12 acts in the live shows not bands that are shite or put together by the Judges every year.....Like that's a surprise!!!! Best 12 acts through, no vote rigging, bias comments and stage managed clap trap. That's why BGT is so much better now than X Factor unless they radically change the way they do things |
