Parmesan biscuits
I can really recommend this recipe and it is simplicity itself.
I made a batch recently and you just cannot walk past without nibbling one. They went in a few hours. They'd be terrific party nibbles. I've got two more doughs ready to go. http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/pa...biscuits_54963 He recommends the thickness of two pound coins. I think one pound coin thickness is better. I also added two good pinches of dried chilli flakes and it really works! |

Munch with a cold beer or glass of chilled white wine. |

I've made those pretty often.
They are impossibly ridiculously delicious and easy peasy to make. |
