There is a point to be made about Len asking Artem to push Natalie more.

But it appeared she must have been TOO worried in that she didn't (or couldn't?) sleep for the whole week (fretting, worrying?), and obviously didn't eat or drink on that day that caused her to faint. The medic interviewed on that night said plenty of rest, food and drink. These are rather basic stuffs. So sorry to see she's so hard on herself...
