Is it me or is there anybody else out there have problems with ITV player stating you have an ad blocker when you don’t?

This doesn’t happen all the time….I can watch one program with all the ads then go to another and bloody ITV tells me it can’t be played as I have an ad blocker installed.

I don’t! I have un-ticked ad popup in my browser and on my comp.

It’s so frustrating, can anybody help?

I hate to say it, but try using Internet Explorer just for the ITV Player.

When I've had problems with 4od and ITV Player switching from Firefox to IE fixed it.

I have tried that, it seems to happen on both, I really don't understand especially when I do not have ad blocker.

You will have to contact their support through their site, for help with this.

Thanks, I have done and get the same blurb as they preach on the website, it's as though they didn't even read my email.

Yesterday I didn't have a problem at all, today can't get a thing.

Funny enough I have adblocker and it is enabled but ITV player plays for me as normal with the adverts.

This has just started for me on Firefox and IE8, using scottish address enables the STV player OK.What has suddenly changed? This happens on my laptop running windows 7 and my main computer running XP.
