Taking ipad for repair- what do I need to back up?
My ipad 3 charger port isn't working so taking it to the Applestore tomorrow.
How can I back up my photos and music as I can't connect it to my macbook? Will I lose saved data in my apps eg my appointments are all in the Alarmed app as I prefer it to the native app? Thanks for any help |

Thanks! Turned out to be an academic question as Blue T Shirt said the phone support warranty guy was wrong and that the old £79 extended warranty AppleCare doesn't cover any accidental damage.
So I wait until it's unusable, then use as a frisbee. Applestore Genius bars make me extremely stressed..... |
