Recommendations for iOS to-do/task list and notes apps?

Hi all,

I'm looking for recommendations for iOS to-do/task list and notes apps suitable for a 5th Generation iPod Touch running iOS 7.

The apps would need PC synchronisation functionality.

At the moment we use Microsoft Outlook 2003 for tasks. Ideally, the app would support synchronisation to Outlook 2003, but this is not essential and a dedicated PC-based app would be fine.

Many thanks.

If you have icloud then you can syn with your PC/Laptop using Apple Notes, it should already be in your Apple Account
if you have an Iphone or an Ipad, if not you can download it from Apple itunes or Apple App Store for free

I did have a quick look at iCloud, but unfortunately I think it needs Windows 7 or 8 but for the time being I'm still using XP.

Wunderlist is fairly god and has apps for most devices (and a web interface) but recently I've just been using Evernote for all my todos as well as all other notes

Definitely works with Vista as well!

I'd recommend Evernote, easy to use on ipad and smartphones, has a desktop version, and has an Outlook plugin. Brilliant app.
