I haven't smelt Acqua di Parma Iris Nobile for a few years, but my god after spraying some on my wrist this morning I'm still indulging in its gorgeous fragrance. It has a beautiful dry down, powdery with hints of florals and vanilla. Creamy, rich, elegant and classy - I want it!

I have at last found a wonderful perfume after searching for years to find something I liked after Guerlain Mitsouko ruined its original perfume.

It is Fragonard Belle de Nuit Intense. They sell it at M&S in some of their stores, or you can buy it on-line from them. It is a floral perfume nothing like my old favourite. I often get people asking me what it is even after I have sprayed it hours before. It is a truly lovely eau de parfum. It is £43 for 200ml and if you are like me, you wait till they have a 20% off event to make it cheaper.

Gucci Premier is utterly amazing it stays on literally all day.
for Men I find ysl l'homme libre really good a few sprays and even in the summer you
can still smell it.

Okay so I've realised that I love Acqua di Parma perfumes. I tried some Fico di Amalfi yesterday, immediately thought "nah don't like that," but soon changed my mind and bought some today. Although it is a very gentle fragrance the sillage is evident and beautiful. It's a summer scent though, designed to be worn in hot weather.

As others have said before your nose simply gets used to the smell after a while. The only time I tend to reapply is if I'm going out in the evening just to freshen up.
