Nice endorsement from Beverley!! Surely he would have had to do some sort of Audition or casting for the producers/directors of the show?

A trip to London in August

That's crossed my mind too

Exactly - I'm seriously curious about the Sia link, what will that produce

I know, they have a lot to cover. We've always found going to the theatre direct cuts out a mark up fee, just check the seat position isn't obscured by anything view wise. We very often sit towards to back to keep costs sensible

Gosh, haven't linked comments together for ages

Oh I know, it's just annoying that he's going to be there for so long and I can only afford to go once, student budgets and all that, but I'm very happy I'm close enough to London now to go easily!

There don't seem to be that many cheap seats looking at the seating plans, most of them are in the £62.50 range, maybe my mum will take me again in October for my birthday

I expect he would have done an audition of sorts, especially as he hasn't acted before. I wonder if he's started rehearsals already? It's not actually that long away.

True - he did refer to "gifts" rather than "gift".

I think working with Sam Dixon may be behind his recent performances of Chandelier.

Haha, wow! I actually think he's pretty good at accents from any time I've heard him do one. Never would have seen this coming! The more I think about it though the more excited I am!

Just a note on tickets, it's worth shopping around. I was about to buy Billy Elliot tickets recently for nearly £70 then found them for £38!

They have been doing day tickets too - which means if you're able to get to the theatre on the morning of a performance - you can queue for tickets for that day for £20 - it's usually the first couple of rows (which don't necessarily give you the best view of the whole stage). They have also been selling tickets at the ticket booth in Leicester Square - which is half the top price tickets - but again means queuing on the day - so it depends if you're willing to take the risk that there won't be any available, , not so bad if you don't have to travel far or are going to see it for a second or third time!!. Should be able to tell once he starts his run how easy it is to get those sorts of deals.

It costs too much for me to see Matt. Ticket, travel to London, hotel and a bit of spending money

That's a shame - the additional costs do add up to a lot of money, even if you could get one of the £20 tickets. It was fortunate that I already had a trip planned, so it is just the cost of the tickets over costs I had already incurred.
