It totally makes sense, I was shocked to read it and still find it odd to think about but at the same time it's not surprising at all!

I just saw a message on MCAG that I liked, saying it's interesting that he chose this weekend to check himself in. It would be very easy to enjoy the rest of the festive season and new year before getting serious which makes it all the more brave on his part.


Me too, I think that he says so little about it, just that one line makes it all the more affecting

I'm a massive fan of Matt's and I really hope he starts feeling better soon. It saddens me how stressed he's been feeling, but he should take comfort in the fact that he's made three excellent albums. I listen to him every day. I'm sending him positive wishes that he gets better in time for his tour.

It was really sweet of Harry to tweet Matt - but the last couple of hours has left Matt's mentions on twitter just full of teenage girls moaning about him tweeting Matt rather than wishing them happy new year. It's a quite an eye-opener into the minds of "Directioners".

Scary!

I've been really impressed with JA's fans, I've noticed that some of the nastiest and bitchest of them (previously) have been tweeting that they take no joy in the news and wish him well as the past is the past. I think they realise it could quite easily have been James and therefore can now sympathise with the situation I was quite shocked by their kind reactions.

Call me naive, but I am assuming "presciption Drugs" are only received from the doctor, is it normal for them to be prescribed even if the doctor knows you're addicted to them

The point i was i was trying to make is if he wanted the pills ..he would get for sure ..and even the supporters around him may well have" enabled" him to get what he wants at some point .

I am surprised that there has been no announcement about Bridgwater - I think a lot of people assume it is off, but I have seen some tweets and Facebook posts asking if it is still on. Would have thought the promoter but would have made an announcement either way by now.

Do Simon and Tony get on? I find it a bit weird how Tony has on several occasions over the last few years tweeted nice stuff to/about Matt, whereas his brother has apparently forgotten that Matt exists.

I'm wondering why no announcement has been made about Bridgewater, I'm assuming it's off and have seen people's questions too. It would be good if the situation was clarified sooner rather than later so peeps can make, or cancel plans, especially as this is the second time and travel and accommodation costs are not cheap. I don't have those expenses luckily but a lot of folk do so it would be nice to know one way or the other really.
