Just thought i would post my experience of BT.
Ordered infinity and You View was kept fully informed about progress of the order all the way.
Engineer turned up at the promised time and everything went like clockwork.
Speed just as promised and everything works as it should.
One very happy bunny.

Ive been back with BT for just over 2 years and i have been delighted with the service (Fibre/Phone/TV) and the customer service when needed, i just think the prices are starting to look a little high for Infinity these days.

I'm also very happy with BT. I have been with Infinity well over 2 years now and I have been 98% happy with the service. Even though BT line rental may not be the cheapest. I can say BT is not the worst ISP. I have aso had there BT player unlimited on my Youview box just over 6 months now. I now also get the BT sport channels.

I am happy with my BT Services but found the customer service shocking due to crap systems they use for orders and account etc.

How odd. What's the noise margin?

Noise margin has plenty to go at so god knows what's gone on.

Data rate: 9995 / 39993 (This is the Infinity 1 cap so BT have done me lol)
Maximum data rate: 32761 / 109420
Noise margin: 22.9 / 25.8
Line attenuation: 0.0 / 5.9

Try resetting your Home Hub. I do that every once in a while if my speed drops below 60mb for more than a day and that 9 times out of 10 seems to fix it.
Also the longest I have seem my Home Hub 3 keep its connection is 22 days.

Was just a thought. I would phone BT if your speed don't improve in the next few days.

New HH5 never turned up, but at least my profile has started to recover, it dropped to 33/10 but it is up to 60/17 now so it is recovering.

I have to say after my last 3 or 4 days chatting to BT call centres my opinion of the customer service have absolutely plummeted, the foreign call centres are abysmal and clearly have no technical knowledge whatsoever other than what is on a sheet in front of them.

The worst call centre was when I used to be with the old Tiscali on a old surf time dial up package. Then they moved me to an anytime dial up package when they closed there Tiscali surf time package. That was 9 or 10 years ago.
Was glad to move back over to BT for everything..

Suffice to say What I think ut BT/BT Openwretch cannot be printed on any civilized forum. Deepest Devon is a blackhole of Internet connectivity.

Call Centre 0/10
Speed 0/10
Engineer 1/10 (for turning up)
Rural BB 0/10
