Problem accessing Apple website with Android Chrome
On my android phone I've clicked on a link on the Apple website to buy an iPad and I get the message "the site's security certificate is not trusted" and won't even let me proceed at my own risk. However it worked fine on my iPhone.

Fine here on my Nexus 5 using Chrome. Got to the checkout with no problem.
Although i will say apples mobile site is shockingly bad! That daft bit at the side that keeps sliding up and down

Just tried it on a no name Android tablet I have and got the same thing. I suspect you weren't going through the same route. It is the link to make a reservation for store pickup.

Just tried it again on my HTC and also get exactly the same thing. Obviously your boss is not clicking on the same link.

Guy in the work tried it with his S3 and its fine. Boss's HTC is fine as well.
Its nothing to do with the devices with this error. Some people might think you just make things up on the spot to suit your own needs. Not me, you understand. I don think that because I'm not so cynical. But some people might. |

This is even better than your 37% contactless payment stat from the other day.

Why, becasue i asked other folk to try something to see what was happening to help find out what's happening to the OP? What a strange thing.... ![]() Anyway, what link is it your trying which it's happening with? Have you tried another browser? |

I got the security message, but you can just press "proceed anyway", so I don't see what the problem is?

I think that's for Genius Bar reservations. On the page that tdenson linked to, I think you're clicking the 'Make a Reservation' button at the top right. Just below the headline of 'Buy iPad from the people who know it best' there's a couple of lines of text, and a link in that text to reserve an iPad (confusingly also called 'Make a reservation').
However like was said above, just click proceed anyway. |

It's Steve Jobs from the iCloud trying to tell you something
Check outside your window. Are there any men driving silver cars and wearing black turtlenecks around?
