I thought that was an excellent ITT, interesting and informative, and no time wasting segments

Well that was a great ITT - more of this please!

How is Abbey being thin an excuse for gapping? And on a rewatch, her frame was abysmal too. Enjoyed Karens comments tonight.

Yes agreed. I thought the Pasha and Janette section was fantastic, learned a lot and they were really fun and entertaining. Sooo much better than that wedding slot which I avoid by making a cup of tea.

I love Karen's choreography corner : so informative and I love how opinionated she is .

Wouldn't it be nice if she was a guest judge for a week ?

They are doing this with Dwts : Bringing former pros as judges : Julianne, yesterday Maks ; Why not try the same thing with Strictly ? It could be really interesting .

I agree but who would they drop for the week - if Craig can have a hip replacement and not miss a night i think they are not going to let anyone take their place on that panel. Too big of a threat!!

I'd imagine they (those folk who research/set the questions) had picked up that Mark's knees were being discussed on forums quite a bit in recent weeks. Especially in relation to Artem and Natalie's injury-fest.

The 'broken nose' in particular was farcical. Not even any bruising around the eyes...it made me wonder how many of us have actually suffered the same injury several times in our lives and are all good two minutes later.

So you know, 'people are asking', 'can you tell us?', seem perfectly reasonable and relevant questions, given the circumstances.

Yes, completely ridiculous. I've banged my nose quite hard and I had a black eye for about 10 days. And that wasn't broken or fractured either. (Couldn't cover it with make up either, no matter how I tried.)

I admire Mark for not mentioning it until Zoe pressed him. He wanted to get through on merit.

I tripped and went face first into a wall and apart from a slightly wonky nose, no one knew that I had busted my nose so badly that I needed an operation to fix it. The ENT surgeon said it's common to have no bruising.

It comes under the moniker of "typical symptom' on the NHS website. Please tell me you went private and suffered no bruising even after your surgery

Just popped in to say Zoe really got on my nerves tonight by constantly talking on behalf of us all. Why can't she just say she felt blah blah or lots of people thought xyz.

And she's back to talking 19 to the dozen and not listening to what someone is saying because she's thinking about what she has to say next.

Also, I wasn't comfortable with bringing up Mark's knee problems now. The timing felt wrong and whilst I respect Mark's feelings about not making a fuss, the interview clearly did not show Natalie in a good light.

The producers decide what we are going to see and this felt contrived to me. I wish Zoe had asked him about the knee supports when we first saw them in training and then she could have moved on and respected his feelings. Right now it feels to me like Natalie and Mark's approach to their health problems are up for comparison, as if it is all part of the entertainment.

It's interesting to hear from Craig and Karen why 10s weren't deserved. I would like to hear from the other judges why they thought a particular dance merited a 10.

People tend to forget that the judges look for different things in a dance.
Some of them love the choreography and appreciate the interpretation of a dance, others are really looking at the technique, others at the performance quality and some judges are looking for individual improvement , another judge may be looking at all these elements.

It's not the first time nor will it be the last time that there's a disparity between the scores (small or big ).
So why are some people acting as if this is a novelty in this show

Have just caught up with the show and loved it. Sophie, Susanna, Natalie, Ashley and Patrick all came out well. I was so glad Karen pointed out how Susanna and Ashley in particular actually did well.

Pasha and Janette were fabulous, hope they do this segment again.

And as for Mark I think he and Ivetta are wonderful. I love that he played down his injury, because his knees must hurt! I'm also aware some may make the comparison with Natalie but in fairness she was missing a show so it had to be discussed at the time. However, this is about Mark and I love his attitude and would quite happily keep him in over Ben.

I hope Janette gets another chance with a decent celeb next year - she's been quite good in the segments for ITT she's done since Julien was eliminated.

Loved pash and Janette free styling very funny. Man they've got some energy!
Zoe seems to be stuck in innuendo mode these days. Naughty girl.

Pasha and Janette were brilliant! Hope they will be regulars. My husband was laughing his socks at them being so good, even when they were messing around!
