Lovely interview with Mark and Iveta. I reckon they'll be hugely popular on the tour.

Can't seem to scroll back on this version to see if this has already been posted, so rather than wade through the pages let me commend Mr Cole for his wisecrack in the makeup room. Very good, sir!

What was all that tosh CRH was going about?
"70% Hold in AS and 30% out of hold?"

Absolute nonsense! Shows he's seriously lacking in Ballroom knowledge.

When the AS was introduced on Strictly (series 3 iirc?), they said 40% in hold, 60% out. Someone tell Craig. That's what Len was moaning about to Artem, and had I been in the audience I'd have cheered not booed.

I agree. I was in tears ago and Zoe was sad they've gone too. Really lovely people who got on so well and I'm sure they'll stay friends forever.

Craig it would be lovely if the public were left to choose. However both Abbey and Patrick could have been bottom of the public vote on Saturday & still avoid the dance off so how is that public choice

Loved loved loved the interview with Mark and Iveta. This series isn't going to be half so fun without them (and while it was a lovely VT loads of my favourite things of theirs weren't in their highlights - suppose they just had too many to choose from).

I also really liked him not picking someone to be the winner. Nothing against any celeb who does - they're asked the question and they've every right to answer. But I liked it because it felt like he really liked everyone left, rather than that he was being too nice to say. (I remember someone in another series saying they knew who they wanted to win but they weren't going to say, and that just annoyed me.)

Then I turned off because I was too grumpy to hear Craig explaining his scoring. I will watch Abbey later but I just wasn't in the mood for Craig tonight.

This new look is making me grumpy too. I'm honestly finding it headache-inducing and I hope it changes.

Each time I refresh, it changes slightly - I think it's a 'work in progress'

I remember during the semi-finals of series 6, when Vincent was pulled up for not doing enough foxtrot with Rachel in his AS, and got marked by Len with an 8. If you look back at it he was in hold with Rachel much more than Artem was with Natalie. Vincent said afterwards on ITT that he could understand if Len marked it down because he didn't like it, but he had definitely choreographed 40% in hold.None of the other judges agreed with Len either. I always felt that this was Len's way to mark Rachel down, thus making her tie with Lisa which then allowed Tom to go through. To this day I have always believed he was acting on instructions from someone else to solve the problem of John Sargeant going and leaving only two contestants for the final. My point being that I was agreeing about the 40% rule, and that Craig was incorrect !

Yes, Len had it in for Rachel (early in the series particularly) - any excuse to mark her down, he just didn't like her (mind you, his dislike of Aliona is even greater).

His harsh words after her Jive actually had her in tears.
