Of course I can and often do eat vegetarian meals, but I have my own problem as I am highly allergic to eggs, to the point that even the smell of cooked eggs can make me quite ill, so a lot of vegetarian dishes are out for me, and vegan options (when available) usually taste like cardboard to me.
Vegetarian breakfasts? Well they vary from a full English minus the meats to special dishes like mushrooms or herbed tomatoes in croustades, or even congee in Asia....... Unfortunately in the UK a veggie breakfast seems to HAVE to include those yukky veggie sausages - a distinct lack of imagination! In most cases.
