I found tonight's episode uncomfortable to be honest, although we've had far worse

It's possibly under offer although it doesn't look as though the site's updated?

She does say she might be doing B&B elsewhere though, which contradicts what she feels about the job on tonight's show.”

I guess her plan to only have paying guests there to pay for her kids school fees failed. What's the first place in you link? Does she have a place in Malta as well?

I've fixed it now it's

I've been reading her blog, but again, that's out of date too. Seems to go back to December and also the site mentions dogs and children. It says she takes them but is written so as to put people off

I wonder whether she went on the show to drum up the price? Because she so far has most definitely failed. And how cheap are the school fees?

It's more up to date on the house selling site

Quote:
“We were all poised to sell, and then the owner of the little glade in the wood that I am after, emailed to say that he's going to hang on to it for a little bit longer.

Which means that I have to hang on to Wydemeet for a little bit longer, unless the price is right.

Which means that it is no longer under offer, and is back on the market for offers over £850,000.

So I hope to show you around my beautiful, much loved home soonest, before somebody else snaps up my extraordinary pocket of paradise.”

and

Quote:
“ Our Channel 4 'Four In A Bed' debut is to be broadcast sometime this September. And it's seriously funny! (if you can be 'seriously' funny). And shocking! And moving too.
Wydemeet B&B will feature in The Daily Telegraph on September 12th.
My book, "Surviving Solo" based on my diaries of setting up Wydemeet B&B is, at last, nearly ready for publication!
The housing market typically wakes up in September and enquiries have immediately started rolling in!”

That has to be some of the most vomit inducing drivel I have read for a very long time.

Under 'Philosophy'
Quote:
“We love dogs and children but we have conditions. Dogs stay in the main downstairs hall of the house with our little chap - Twiglet. And children should be happy to sit calmly for breakfast with the grown-ups, on upholstered light blue chairs, at a mahogany dining room table, without spilling.”

I'm +1 tonight and haven't read through so probably repeating a lot of what's already been said...

But, everyone shares the same bathroom (including owners from what I could tell), and it's not even on the same level as the room(s) which have no locks on the doors. This place is a total "No!", "No!", "No!" from me.

What a pitiful attempt at providing a decent looking breakfast. Awful.

I'm amazed that anyone would stay there again.

One bathroom for all I could never stay there especially with the length of time to get there.

The view and area looked stunning tho. Such a shame.

I would have to know before I booked about the breakfast as I do like a healthy breakfast only because my normal eating is a bit .... unhealthy

Edit
I like the response to a 4 for cleanliness
'Did they find a dead animal under the bed?'

How bad would it have to be then to score 3, 2 or 1? ”

What a rude old bag! She's only in it for the dogs. The dogs were lovey though!

The area looked gorgeous. But I'd never go anywhere near her place. o

Tuesday's place is the best so far.

Thankfully privately educated schoolchildren aren't the type to make life hell for their schoolmates after their mother has gone on national tv to say she's having to run a B&B to pay for their fees. I'm sure it'll never, ever be mentioned...

I've a hunch they've not had that many previous guests staying there.

I would assume that there'd be some regulations in the industry here regarding the ratio of bathrooms/toilets to the number of guests.

One loo for everyone including the owners? that means that during the night they'd have guests wandering around through the house looking for the loo.

Geez, you wouldn't want to come down with an upset tummy during your stay there

Well they have brilliant reviews. ALSO I note there is a toilet upstairs as well with sink. So that was kind of missed out yesterday.

I would be quite happy with the breakfast i dont do fry ups. PERHAPS the owners have their own area including a loo.

Actually their website is very good, it mentions SHARED FACILITIES though only when you go through to check availability.
