Thanksgiving - a celebration of genocide
That's why HM suggested I wrote about them going to an anti-Thanksgiving protest The people I write about are flight attendants from the Miracle on the Hudson plane crash in 2009

I always thought Thanksgiving was American though? Would be fun to see those two doing a protest though So if Sheila's wearing a Native American costume what would Doreen be wearing? A Pocahontas dress?

Thanksgiving is American and celebrated in canada too on a different date i was just alluding to the Pilgrims on the Mayflower who took food from the settlers and then went on to kill them and steal their land And pocohontas sounds Awesome

Yeah we have some Canadian friends and they were talking about Thanksgiving but they celebrate it at a different time to America. I think they have turkey as well. I bet Doreen would look cool in a Pocahontas outfit

Just got back from the radio station. apparently myself and another person on the park are going to get our own show. I don't quite know how we swung that one to be honest!

It's a local radio station at a holiday park but it can be listened to world-wide online.

They have about as much musical talent as the neighbourhood cats in my street I can't stand them. Why on earth are they so popular?

Aww thank you I know a couple of people who work in community radio (the station that I'll have a show on is community radio too) as they also work in hospital radio with me.

I'm really looking forward to it. What community radio station do you work at?
