Does no-one see what I see? How come nobody is stating the obvious, that Ashley did a faultless Paso? He was spot on and far, far superior to Suzanne's. The judges have their favourites again, ie. Abbey and Natalie, who are good but their marks are inflated time and time again and the judges consistently undermark Sophie and Ashley.

Susanna triumphed because their music was so rabble-rousing - as it was meant to be in 19th Century French opera, the pop music of its day and which is still exciting. Her and Kevin's paso wasn't anything like as good as Chelsee Healey and Pasha's.

Ashley has been undermarked since he started!
I don't think the theme helped his dance last night, but he was excellent. Deserved higher marks.

If anything he was over marked. He didn't get the character of the dance at all and comparison with Kevin's performance clearly shows this. Nobody expects him to be that good but his dance needed what Len keeps asking Sophie for - more welly!

The character he was playing was different to Kevin's though, Ashley was playing the 'bad cowboy' (whoever came up with the cowboy theme needs shot) and played the character well. When dancing alongside two professional male dancers he was completely in time, had the moves and the shaping and kept it going throughout. Definitely under marked when compared to Abbey who got 3 tens for obvious mistakes and I like Abbey.
Poll - My favourites this week were Susanna & Kevin, Ashley & Ola and Sophie & Brendan.
Susanna and Kevin were fantastic. Abby was overmarked massively, it was skippy and stumbly for a QS and quite a chore. Natalie and Artem were let down by a poor song.

Did anyone think Susannas music should have been given to Ashley?”
It didn't cross my mind at the time Tom, but now that you mention it.

Seems nobody does then. Faultless? Don't think so. I could list them.
