wish to cancel orange contract
Currently on monthly pay plan for Orange, £15 a month. My phone is beyond shite and can't take anymore of it. Its a San Francisco 2! Seems buying an unlocked one is expensive (I want a decent phone probably Samsung Galaxy S2) anyone got a rough cancellation estimate? Thanks and sorry for any errors in this (borrowing friends tablet)

You used to be able to buy your contract out, but you have to pay £15.00 x by how many months you have left on your contract.
Other options included if you wanted an early phone upgrade and stayed with Orange, you could do as above but get a 15% discount, alternatively if you swapped to EE and took one of their plans you would get a 33% discount on your remaining contract. Don't know if you still can, it was on their website a couple of months ago, about upgrading your phone early. |

Without any actual info the only way to find out is with the below suggestion. Quote:
Cancellation will be £15 times the amount of months left on your contract.

The offer still stands as I said above, if you wish to have a new phone, you can buy out your contract at £15 x months remaining, stay with Orange and get a 15% discount or move to EE and get a 33% discount. Then all you do is pick a new phone and sign up to a new plan. |
