It seems like Lucy's comment about Media Whores, has hit a nerve with Nicola and Luisa. I have to laugh about Luisa saying Lucy is an unknown. Yep, Emmerdale is an unknown soap

Wow, you would think what she said was the worst thing you could say. The only people that this has annoyed is genuine media whores and people that actually like those type of people. Normal people will find what she said great.

I don't really watch this show that much but i was watching with my mum and i said "It's worse than BBBOTS", what i mean by that was that it is totally biased.

Also what is with the ass kissing of Joey Essex ? i see that being dumb is still celebrated in this country then.

I think Lucy and Kian, may be seen as a threat to the chosen one, so this is why the overreaction to Lucy's comment. Lucy seems to have hit a nerve with the types who are media Whores in my opinion. Take Nicola and Luisa. They have already both taken offence to Lucy's comment, it seems.

Oh and Luisa was being petty about Lucy wearing a bikini at 36. One day you will get to 36 Luisa.

It appears that the people who have taken a dislike to Lucy, primarily because of her "media whores" comments, are John Partridge, Nicola McLean and Luisa Zissman, to name a few.

Why did Nicola Mclean even feel she needed to get involved ? she's clearly desperate for attention.

I sense some jealousy from Nicola and Luisa (who is she anyway?). I think Lucy is going to be a great laugh and she seems like a genuinely nice person.

That Luisa was a contestant on The Apprentice, yet Lucy is quite unknown, according to her.

We all know why Luisa and Nicola have taken offence to Lucy saying she hates media whores.

Lucy's clearly suffering a back lash for saying she hates media whores which was an odd thing to say when going on a type of show like this so I guess I can see why the show or the panel anyway may have it in for her because of this. The one I`d like to see go is that loathsome Joe Swash.He acts like a frustrated pervert, and his stupid innuendos are about as funny as toothache.

I didn't see the ITV2 show but, if that was the esteemed panel then no wonder they don't like her because she got it spot on about their ilk.
Nicola is famous for getting her t*ts out and being a low rent WAG (no ones even heard of her husband except that teams supporters) and Luisa is famous for acting like a bimbo on a reality tv show and being papped mounting a gazillionaire in the back of a taxi - pretty much the epitome of Media Whores

Nicola and Luisa weren't on the spin off show, but John was. Nicola wrote an article for a paper, and Luisa gave her opinion in a video for a magazine, but both were critical of Lucy with Luisa referring to Lucy as an "unknown". Lucy's clearly touched a few nerves.

Please, please post a link to the Luisa interview. I find it hilarious that she refers to Lucy as an unknown and want to savour it.

ETA just seen the links up the page. Maybe Luisa doesn't know Lucy because she (Lucy) doesn't attend the various envelope openings that she (Luisa) is busy attending whilst Emmerdale is on?

I do think Lucy saying that she hated media whores was a bit of a silly thing to say, when everyone who goes on this type of show is doing it for exposure.

But what on earth has she done to offend anyone? As soon as they started bashing her on ITV 2 for no reason, I switched off. I found her quite likable, and in my top three at the moment.

I would expect Nicola and Luisa will be flying over to be on the itv panel soon.

Luisa the prime example of why coming 2nd in reality show is more beneficial

i haven't watched the after show tonight but soo surprised they are knocking Lucy-she's my favourite at the moment ,
but i know you are talking about Ferne from TOWIE on the panel and yes she is bitchy and will stick up for her buddie Mr Essex and i am hoping big time that is doesn't end up as the Joey Essex show and he wins :yawn: :yawn:

A viewer told them they were harsh on Lucy on last nights show and they both said they stand by what they said that on first impression she is a bitch. I will be glad when they have gone.

Some people are sadly confused here. The only time I have seen Lucy in the newspaper is in regards to one of the shows she has been on, which in her lengthy career has been a mere 3. Her bikini photos, they are in regards to the show promotion. Never have I seen pictures in the paper of Lucy rolling out of a club, lunching out in fancy restaurants, dragging her family to red carpet events, she is, it would appear, pretty private "Celebrity whores" as I see it, are the ones who court the papps all the time. They can't go anywhere without a camera in their face and they love it, no doubt either calling the papps themselves or having someone else call to tip them off on where they are going to be. They are always being interviewed for something they have a remote link to or, if they were in the show previously, always ready to give an opinion to the nearest mike or camera. I fully understand what she means in regards to the term "celebrity". It's a shame ITV2 guests can't see that.
