Too true P on both counts, tbh we need to see more of Lucy I think, she hasn't had any screentime at all. Hopefully that will swing it in her favour.

It was nice to see Brian last night saying nice ;positive things about Kian. I dont think anyone has come out in a bad light so far, no doubt they will in time but for goodness sake panel give them a chance!

Exactly. The panel and presenters haven't even given Lucy a chance. They have decided she is a bitch straight away, after the harmless comment she had made and have had it in for her straight away.

Strikes me, after reading so many threads and posts here, that the best thing we could all do is put the ITV2 show, with the ghastly Joe Swash, on our 'Ignore' button.
Maybe if folk stopped watching this show in it's present format and ITV was made aware of the reasons, they just may change the presenters and/or guests? Joe Swash has long passed his 'sell by' date IMO.
I also feel the "This Morning" show could show a little less bias? Whatever happened to fair reporting.... or even sticking to the facts?

Also when she comes out, Joe will be soo twofaced to her, singing her praises in front of her. I'd love it she called him out on it, his scared little face will be a picture he'd never have the balls to say it to her face.

I can't stand the after show myself and Joe Swash is a major reason for this but I don't really see him or anyone on else on the panel as any more or less a media whore than any one in the camp so isn't Lucy being 2 faced as she seems to be getting on fine with everyone.

I really don't understand this. She said she dislikes the fame-whoring element of celebrity, plainly referring to those who seek out fame for fame's sake (eg. Joey Essex, an extreme example of same), and you want her to be called out on it? WTH?

Joey is on the show. The show seems to celebrate this kind of celebrity. Lucy is now living with this kind of celebrity as she has decided to appear on a show that has this kind of celebrity and so she has to get on with them and yet she hates them What's not to understand about what I said.

She has no control over who else features on the show. Are you saying she should have withdrawn once she knew Joey Essex was going to be a fellow contestant? Is it not possible for her to be on a show she likes while dislking fame-whores in general? Do you think she's alone in hating that culture? Do you think Steve and Matthew and Laila and David and the rest of them admire fame-whoring?

I've got no idea what anyone else thinks about media whores and the word celebrity as only Lucy has given her opinion. If Steve, Matthew, Laila, David and the rest of them also hate media whores they obviously had the good sense to keep that opinion to themselves. Which leads me to what I mean, which is actually what I said in the post you queried: Lucy is at best stupid and worst hypocritical for saying this.

Oh definately he is such a two faced get, i have watched many times him slag off contestants then creeping around them when they come out, i cant stand him i find him a very creepy slimeball, who does he know in production to keep that job i want to know as he is crap.

I think Swash is forgetting he may have to sit on the panel with her if and when she's eliminated.

I noticed how Joe Swash is still het up over the celebrity comment and he got defensive saying "what's wrong with us?". However when they were talking about the friction between the girls in camp he was fine to label girls as bitchy. That would be like us women responding with : Excuse me! I take offence to that comment as I am a woman.
