Your best bet is to use the Kennel Club find a puppy scheme:

Or try and visit dog shows on the Utility breed days, get talking to the breeders and owners, who will be able to direct you thr right way.
Champdogs is another good site to look for pedigree breeds. Epupz and Pets4Homes can be good too, just exercise caution, don't be fobbed off with things like 'you can't see the parents as their on a walk' or 'we can't actually show you the KC registration papers as they had to be sent off somewhere', all easy excuses so you can't see the pups aren't genuine pedigrees at all. Never buy from someone who says they'll meet you in a motorway service station/ layby/ deserted area/ sold from the back of a truck, and alarm bells should sound (very loudly!) if they have several puppies of lots of different breeds.
